Kelly Michelle Stables born in St. Louis Missouri, where she performs in The Muny Opera. The University of Missouri Columbia gave her a Bachelor of Arts (with the highest distinction) in Theater and Communication. After moving to Los Angeles Kelly quickly became involved in theater, acting and choreographing more than two dozen productions. These included The Little Foxes Brady Bunch The Musical Peter Pan in Thousand Oaks Civic Light Opera. As she continued to learn Improvisation in The Groundlings and becoming a Company member of Theatre West Kelly also started getting roles for television and in film. Her distinctive voice and small stature has allowed her to perform a range of characters. She's best known as Naomi Watts' evil Samara in The Ring 2, but her most well-known role is as the charming receptionist from Two and a Half Men. Kelly had a role as the main character on TV Land's The Exes, where she played a party-hopper and paralegal during the day. Kelly was also on the show in the role of Alyssa's smart, sassy sister in the ABC show Romantically Challenged and as the worried suburban mom on the CW show No Tomorrow. Her soprano voice has been lent by her singing voice to a number of animated shows including Doc McStuffins Tom & Jerry and Sofia the First. She was most recently seen in NBC's smash comedy Superstore as the dim, yet charming Cloud 9 worker. She has a peaceful private life with her husband and two young children and enjoys sewing writing and volunteering at school activities.
