Anne Curtis

Anne Curtis Smith (Filipino-Australian) is a TV presenter, record artist, and entrepreneur. Her achievements have been numerous throughout her career. She has been nominated in addition for the eight PMPC Star Awards, two Gawad Urian Awards as well as for the Gawad Urian Awards. Curtis has appeared in a number of TV programs, such as Hiram Kampanerang (2005), Maging Sino Ka Man Dyosa (2008) Green Rose (2011) and Kailangan Ko'y Ikaw (2013). Mars Ravelos Dyesebel featured her as the Komiks classic character Dyesebel. She also hosted the midday variety show It's Showtime from 2009 to 2020. Anne Curtis was born in Melbourne, Australia on 17th of February 1985. She is an Filipina as well as an Australian actress. She has received numerous accolades throughout her career including two FAMAS Awards a Luna Award two Metro Manila Film Festival Awards and five PMPC Star Awards for Television. Additionally, she was nominated twice for Gawad Urian Awards in addition to the eight PMPC Star Awards in the Movies. Curtis has appeared in a variety of television series, such as Hiram, Maging Sino Dyosa and Green Rose. In 2014, she played the legendary Komiks Dyesebel character on Mars Ravelo's Dyesebel. She also hosted It's Showtime during the late afternoon (2009-2010) Curtis was her mother was Carmencita Ojales from Bolinao Pangasinan in Australia and James Ernest Curtis Smith an Australian lawyer, was born on the 25th of July 1970, in Yarrawonga. In 1982, her father got married to Ojales. Jasmine's younger sister is an actor, is her father. On their father's side they had a half-sister called Clare who passed away in 2007 of a heart disease when she was the age of four months.
